The firm is headed by a dynamic person Shri Dinesh R.Thakkar having more than 37 years of experience in the field of Audit, Taxation , Company Law, Industrial Finance and Management Consultancy.
CA DINESH R.THAKKAR
Mr. Dinesh R Thakkar started this firm in the year 1986. He has got very wide and enriched experience of more than 37 years in a varied number of fields. During the tenure of his practice, Mr. Thakkar has got an exposure in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Direct & Indirect Taxes, Company Law Matters, Project Financing and Management Consultancy Services. Mr. Thakkar is also a visiting faculty of Entrepreneur Development of India (EDI), where he delivers lectures on accounting and finance. Apart from this, he is also a graduate of Landmark Forum, a leading international institute specialized in relationship, motivation and spiritual developments.

CA Jeetendra Mistry is a partner having experience of more than 39 years in various fields viz., Audit, Management Services, Project Financing and having expertise in Equity Funding. Apart from this, he is also a graduate of Landmark Forum, a leading international institute specialized in relationship, motivation and spiritual developments.

CA Jwal D Thakkar is a partner. He is a young and dynamic chartered accountant having experience of more than 5 years in Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Bank Audit and Accounts Monitoring. He has also an experience in preparation of various industrial investment project reports.

CA Chintan Parikh is Chartered Accountant, having experience of more than 12 years in various fields like, Audit & Accounts, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Bank Audit.
PRASHANT RAVAL
Prashant Raval is a Post Graduate and an Inter CA having experience of more than 15 years in bank audit. He also has an experience in advising and establishing various Industrial projects which starts right from the procurement of land until availing of finances, with benefits from various schemes of State and Central Government. He also has an expertise in RERA Compliance.

M.D. Thakkar is qualified advocate and having more than 25 years experience in tax matters and office administration.

Isha J Thakkar is a B.Com., M.B.A.(Finance) and has more than 8 years experience as a financial analyst and developing and upgrading MIS for various management decisions.

CA Shrey Tripathi is Chartered Accountant, having experience of more than 5 years in various fields like, Audit & Accounts, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Bank Audit. He is also ISA (Information System Audit) qualified.
